They install our patented GrateDrain™ System as well as GrateSump™ to provide you with a healthy basement drainage solution. Pioneer offers the Santa Fe line of high efficiency dehumidifiers to help you control high humidity and filter dust mites. When it comes to foundation wall crack repair, Pioneer uses our CrackShield™ which is a dual process crack repair system. They also install Grate Wells which are high quality basement window wells and covers. Directing downspouts away from your foundation is another service they perform. Pioneer also has a full service department which performs annual maintenance on all our sump pumps and battery back up sump pump systems.
