Basement leaks happen due to the immense pressure exerted against your walls when the soil around your foundation is supersaturated with water. It usually starts with a faulty or clogged drainage system being unable to properly discharge all the excess water which in turn is absorbed by the soil, expanding it and causing it to push against the foundation walls. Despite being widely used, footing drains are far from the most practical and efficient solution as they are prone to mud, debris and other particles building up over time and clogging the system, making it unable to properly discharge water. Clogged French Drains are the most common cause of basement leaks and flooding.

The dual-pump system enables it to handle any amount of water over extended periods of time, ensuring your basement remains protected even during prolonged power outages.

Grate Sump Plus
The Grate Sump Plus™ system ensures your basement stays protected even during power outages. It is designed to start whenever the power supply is interrupted and automatically resume recharging when electricity is available again. Its low battery alarm and LED indicators let you know in advance when more power is required.
The battery powers one 4-amp pump for up to 8,000-10,000 gallons. This system can be configured with two batteries for up to 12,000-14,000 gallons output.
